In line with our commitment to quality with all our Red Mountain varietals, we applied meticulous care in processing these grapes. We utilized full berry fermentation, no sulfites added prior to bottling, and we conducted careful destemming. These practices are truly reflected in the wine's flavor profile, which exhibits a more pronounced fruit presence on the palate than typically found in an Argentinian Malbec. 
 

We believe this Malbec truly reflects the unique terroir of this AVA, and the triumphs of the entire 2021 vintage from Red Mountain.
